Add almond milk, eggs, melted butter and vanilla to mashed banana.
Mix in flour and sugar
Add baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger
Heat oil in a frying pan on medium heat
Pour batter using an ice cream scoop and cook for approx. 2-3 minutes or until the edges brown and the middle bubbles. Then flip and cook for approx. 1 min.
